All sales are final. Because crystals are natural and unique, there may be imperfections or flaws. We do our very best to illustrate the condition of each item and mention any repairs we are aware of, so please review the full product listing before purchasing.

In the event there is something wrong with your purchase, please contact us within 7 days of receipt of your order, including your order number and an explanation of why you aren’t completely happy with your purchase. We will work with you to try to make you happy in a mutually beneficial way. However, we reserve the right to refuse to work with you if there are signs of disrespect, fraud, malintent, or harassment, or if there is a lack of evidence.
